On behalf of the National Assembly Delegation, comrade Le Quang Huy informed voters about the expected agenda of the 3rd session of the 14th National Assembly.
Expected from May 22 to June 17, the National Assembly will continue to decide on important issues of the country, listen to the Prime Minister's report on the implementation of the 2016 economic and state budget plan and the implementation of the economic and state budget plan in the first months of 2017, and listen to the President ratify the protocol on the border and border markers between Vietnam and Laos.
In addition, the National Assembly also continues to develop laws, expected to pass 13 bills, 4 draft resolutions and give opinions on 4 draft laws in the 3rd session.

At the conference, voters expressed their high agreement with the planned agenda of the upcoming session of the 14th National Assembly, and at the same time made specific recommendations on a number of issues of great concern in the area.
Voter Nguyen Van Cuu (Hamlet 8, Lam Son) reported that the Ngoc - Lam - Boi road, which has just been under construction, has revealed shortcomings. The road surface is higher than the irrigation canal, so landslides and rocks cause blockages, affecting irrigation and agricultural production.

Therefore, in the process of designing and constructing public welfare projects, it is necessary to strengthen the supervision role of the people, ensuring the quality of the project and the harmony of interests. Mr. Nguyen Van Cuu also proposed to review the regulation that poor households are not recognized as cultural families. Because the elderly, who have a long history of dedication, now have an unstable source of income due to health reasons, if they do not receive the title, they will be disadvantaged.

Voter Le Van Trinh (Hamlet 8, Lam Son) suggested that it is necessary to tighten the management of mineral exploitation, especially the complicated situation of sand and gravel exploitation on Lam River, increasing the risk of landslides in production, affecting the security and order situation in the area. Along with that, the situation of oversized and overloaded vehicles and 3-wheeled agricultural vehicles and rickshaws often running on Ngoc - Lam - Boi route, affecting traffic safety and order, causing frustration for the people. Therefore, it is necessary to promptly handle this situation.
At the conference, many voters made valid recommendations, expressing the people's earnest wishes such as strengthening the search for martyrs' graves, giving more priority to sick soldiers, preferential policies for former Youth Volunteers, soldiers with many years of dedication, victims of Agent Orange and people with meritorious services to the revolution.
In addition, voters also recommended practical daily issues such as prioritizing infrastructure construction in new rural construction; the structure of part-time cadres at the commune level; jobs for students after graduation; increasing allowances for population collaborators; inadequacies in assessing poor households; promoting food safety and hygiene and fighting against counterfeit goods.

Regarding issues under the authority of the provincial and district levels, he requested representatives of the Department of Transport; Labor - Invalids and Social Affairs, Natural Resources - Environment, Agriculture and Rural Development and leaders of Do Luong district to explain.
