Regarding land clearance and resettlement arrangements for the construction of inner-city roads, Project N6, and the construction of a road from Hoa Hieu ward to Long Son, voters raised concerns about land prices for affected households whose land is being acquired, resettlement support, policies for poor households in land clearance support, and policies for households engaged in production and business activities that require relocation and resettlement. In addition, at the location where boundary markers are being placed for road construction, the canal system has suffered serious subsidence, causing widespread flooding whenever it rains, significantly impacting the lives of local residents. They requested that the project expedite progress and develop a plan to protect the canals to end the flooding.

As a young town, voters desire improvements in environmental pollution; the processing of benefits and policies for war veterans and their families is still slow and needs to be reviewed and resolved quickly. They also wish for sanctions to be implemented to address the situation where some officials at the town's preventive health center have signed certificates for the sale of certain functional food products and medical equipment to individual households. Furthermore, residents are concerned about the continued circulation of overloaded vehicles on Highway 48 from Quy Chau and Quy Hop, despite regulations prohibiting it.
