(Baonghean.vn) - Explaining to voters regarding the compensation policy for land acquisition and clearance for the 95m and 72m road projects, Provincial People's Council delegate Nguyen Van Lu - Standing Deputy Secretary of Vinh City Party Committee admitted that the policy still has many shortcomings, but the responsibility of all levels must be to properly implement the policy, cannot go against or violate regulations, and hopes that the people will agree.

Wish to have dialogue with provincial leaders

At the meeting, in a democratic and open spirit, 16 voters reflected and proposed many issues related to the authority of the province and city.

The issue raised by many voters is related to compensation policy.land clearance72m and 95m roads are still inadequate, unfair, causing resentment among the people.

To speed up the site clearance for the two projects mentioned above, voters recommended that all levels pay attention to ensuring residential land and properly implementing compensation policies for the people. Regarding the 72m road project, some related people want to have a direct dialogue with the leaders of Nghe An province.

In addition to the above shortcomings, some voters also reported that some resettlement projects for traffic infrastructure and drainage ditches have not received synchronous investment; some degraded roads in the commune have been slow to be upgraded and repaired.

Voters of Nghi Phu commune also reflected that the People's Committee of the commune had submitted a request for policy.land exploitation8 locations, however, the Department of Construction only agreed to submit to the Provincial People's Committee 2 locations; therefore, Nghi Phu Commune People's Committee continued to request the province to allow the locality to exploit land in the remaining locations to increase budget revenue, improve land use efficiency, and at the same time limit land encroachment in the area.

Some voters also reflected many shortcomings and requested the province and city to continue to pay attention to handling them. Voter Tran Thi Phu (Principal of Nghi Phu Kindergarten) reflected that currently in the city, there are only 3 kindergartens in Nghi Phu commune. Currently, there are 2 schools, 1 is borrowing land from a cultural house, 1 is in a city project and both of these schools are dilapidated level 4 houses. Voters requested the city to include the Nghi Phu Kindergarten project into 1 school in the investment plan.

Voter Nguyen Van Nam (Hamlet 5) reflected that the living environment of people in the hamlet is being affected byslaughterhouse,Propose that the city plan to build a centralized slaughterhouse to ensure the environment, meeting the requirements of building Vinh City into a civilized, clean, and beautiful city.

Besides the environment, some voters are also worried about the problem of cemeteries not being expanded, when someone dies, people have a hard time finding burial land.

Ensure people's rights

At the end of the meeting with voters, on behalf of the delegates of the Provincial and City People's Councils, Mr. Nguyen Van Lu - delegate of the Provincial People's Council, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Vinh City Party Committee affirmed that the opinions, suggestions and wishes of the voters raised at the meeting were all heartfelt, responsible and were the legitimate aspirations of the people.

However, according to provincial People's Council delegate Nguyen Van Lu, current policies still have shortcomings and all levels are continuing to promote institutional reform and administrative procedure reform to ensure the rights and convenience of the people.

Explaining specifically the difficulties, obstacles and shortcomings in the site clearance work for the 95m and 72m road projects, delegate Nguyen Van Lu said that the main reason was that it was difficult to determine the origin of land use and the responsibility lay with the people themselves, the former cooperative and the Commune People's Committee; on the other hand, land policies were constantly changing.

However, the responsibility of all levels is to properly implement policies, cannot violate or violate regulations, and hopes that the people will support and agree; at the same time, the Party Committee, government, Fatherland Front and organizations of Nghi Phu commune must increase information and dialogue continuously so that the people can understand and agree.

Delegate Nguyen Van Lu also explained issues of infrastructure investment, environmental pollution, policies, etc. Regarding kindergarten facilities, the city will consider including them in the investment plan in the coming time.
