Voters in Hanh Dich commune (Que Phong district) have raised many issues concerning people's lives.
(Baonghean.vn) - In their feedback to National Assembly representatives, voters in Hanh Dich commune (Que Phong district) requested that all levels of government pay attention to education, ensure access to electricity for daily life, bring telecommunications services to the people, and ensure equal development between regions.

The National Assembly passed 5 laws and 17 resolutions.
At the beginning of the meeting, on behalf of the National Assembly delegates, Mr. Dang Xuan Phuong - Vice Chairman of the National Assembly's Committee on Culture and Education - reported to the voters on the results of the 3rd session.
Accordingly, after 19 working days with 6 group discussions and 23 plenary sessions in the assembly hall, the National Assembly passed 5 laws, 17 resolutions, and gave opinions on 6 draft laws, along with resolutions on many important issues.
Regarding the resolution of voters' petitions, the National Assembly requests that agencies continue to urgently review and resolve outstanding petitions, ensuring that the resolution is of high quality and on schedule as reported to voters; focusing on definitively resolving a number of petitions that voters have repeatedly submitted, as well as prominent issues affecting the legitimate rights and interests of the people.

The Vice Chairman of the National Assembly's Committee on Culture and Education also reported on the activities of the provincial National Assembly delegation at the session; actively, fully, and responsibly participating in the review sessions, giving opinions on draft laws, and questioning at the session.
Voters raised many issues concerning people's lives.
Following the report on the session's results, voters expressed and conveyed many thoughts and aspirations to the National Assembly, the Government, and all levels and sectors.
The issue raised by voters in Hanh Dich commune concerns the low fees for forest care and protection, forest environmental services, and forest management and protection under Government Decree No. 75; they propose that the competent authorities study increasing these fees to ensure they are commensurate with the people's efforts in forest care and protection.

In addition, voters also noted that Hanh Dich is a border commune and a particularly disadvantaged commune in Que Phong district; however, commune-level officials and civil servants are currently not receiving the 30% special allowance, and requested that the competent authorities consider providing support.
Some voters also suggested that authorities at all levels should implement measures to regulate and stabilize the prices of agricultural supplies, as well as manage the quality of input products, especially fertilizers, in order to protect the rights of the people while simultaneously creating high efficiency in agricultural production.

Voters also reported that the road from the center of Hanh Dich commune to Muong Dan is now in disrepair; especially now, the Muong Dan area is being developed and preserved by Que Phong district, linked with the Seven-Tier Waterfall tourist complex. Therefore, they requested that relevant authorities pay attention to investing in the construction of this road.
Another issue that many voters in Hanh Dich commune are concerned about and have proposed is bringing electricity and telecommunications services to the people; this is one of the important solutions to raise awareness and change people's mindset; and paying attention to teaching English to primary school students, ensuring equal access to education between students in mountainous areas and those in the plains and urban areas.
Many issues related to policies for community-level organizations; part-time community workers; elderly care; poverty reduction policies, etc., were also raised by voters.

At the conclusion of the conference, Mr. Vi Van Son, member of the Provincial Party Committee and Head of the Provincial Ethnic Affairs Committee, fully acknowledged the feedback and suggestions from the voters and promised to compile and forward them to the relevant authorities for resolution.
Mr. Vi Van Son also explained several issues related to the investment in the Hanh Dich - Muong Dan road; bringing electricity to the people; planning cemetery land, allowing people to exploit forest timber to make coffins for the deceased; redistributing production land to the people; providing operating funds for the Elderly Association; increasing social insurance support for commune-level officials, and many other social welfare issues.

Regarding the flooding of roads caused by the Sao Va hydropower plant's water impoundment, Mr. Vi Van Son requested the district to monitor the situation and urged the hydropower plant to cooperate with the Department of Industry and Trade to ensure compliance with regulations.
During their working visit to Que Phong district, the National Assembly delegates visited, encouraged, and presented gifts to the officers and soldiers of the Hanh Dich Border Guard Station; and interacted with and learned about the lives of the people in Long Thang village, Hanh Dich commune.
