Cua Lo improves the effectiveness of its rapporteurs.

(Baonghean.vn) - On the morning of December 29th, the Cua Lo Town Party Committee held a briefing on current events in December and summarized the activities of part-time speakers, lecturers, and internal information officers of the town in 2015.

Attending the conference were Nguyen Nam Dinh - Member of the Provincial Party Committee, Secretary of the Cua Lo Town Party Committee, along with representatives of the town's leadership.

Representatives from the Propaganda Department of the Cua Lo Town Party Committee reported on the results of the activities of lecturers and the distribution and use of Party newspapers and magazines in 2015.

In 2015, Cua Lo Town organized the dissemination and thorough understanding of the Central Committee's resolutions; monthly meetings of lecturers were maintained with an 87% participation rate; the teaching quality of the part-time lecturers was increasingly improved as the lecture content became more innovative and creative, closely following the practical situation of the town and its localities.

During the year, the town organized 37 out of 36 training and refresher courses with 6,285 participants, achieving 105% of the plan.

Leaders of Cua Lo town and representatives of the Party Committees of the wards and communes, along with speakers, attended the event.

Along with disseminating and educating on the policies and resolutions of higher authorities, in 2015, the town published 10 issues of its internal information magazine, including 3 special issues celebrating major events with increasingly rich and relevant content.

The ordering and use of Party newspapers and magazines, in accordance with Directive 11/CT, has become more systematic. In addition to the newspapers provided to disadvantaged areas and special regions, the town has 201 Party branches that subscribe to Nghe An Newspaper, 155 issues of Nhan Dan Newspaper, 26 issues of Party Building Magazine, and 57 issues of the Speaker Magazine…

In particular, all schools in the area have purchased and used Nghe An Newspaper and Nhan Dan Newspaper; some restaurants, hotels, and individuals have subscribed to Nghe An Newspaper during the tourist season.

Comrade Nguyen Nam Dinh - Secretary of the Cua Lo Town Party Committee - delivered a speech, providing information on the major orientations and main tasks that the town will direct to implement in 2015, for the speakers to convey at the grassroots level.

Based on discussions and evaluations of the 2015 work results, the town set out six key tasks for the work of propaganda and internal information officers in 2016, one of which is to improve the quality of teaching and disseminating Party resolutions, and to direct units and localities to strictly implement regulations on subscribing to and using Party newspapers and magazines...

Comrade Nguyen Nam Dinh - Secretary of the Cua Lo Town Party Committee - presented Certificates of Commendation to collectives and individuals who achieved outstanding results in their work as speakers.

Awards were presented to collectives and individuals for their contributions to the publication of the town's internal newsletter.

On this occasion, Nghe An Newspaper presented certificates of commendation and awards to the Party Committee of Nghi Thuy Ward and the Party Committee of the Town Police Department for their contributions to the distribution and use of Nghe An Newspaper.

On this occasion, the Cua Lo Town Party Committee and the Editorial Board of Nghe An Newspaper awarded Certificates of Commendation to units with outstanding achievements in the work of speakers, part-time lecturers, and the distribution and use of Nghe An Newspaper in 2015.
