The model of a civilized restaurant was successfully piloted in Cua Lo Town since 2013. Entering the 2015 tourist season, the People's Committee of Cua Lo Town directed local authorities and relevant agencies to survey and select restaurants to build civilized restaurants. After inspecting four restaurants: Lien Thu, Lam Luong, Huong Hong, and Thao Hang, the evaluation team has provided feedback on the restaurants, and the results will be announced during the 2015 review of civilized restaurants in August.
