The Political Department of Military Region 4 celebrates its 80th anniversary and receives the First Class Order of National Defense.

On December 14th, the Political Department of Military Region 4 solemnly organized a ceremony to celebrate the 80th anniversary of its founding (December 16, 1945 - December 16, 2025) and to receive the First Class Order of National Defense.
The Political Department of Military Region 4 and Vinh University are implementing activities in response to Vietnam's Book and Reading Culture Day 2025.

On the afternoon of April 21st, the Political Department of Military Region 4, in coordination with Vinh University, organized a rally to commemorate Vietnam's Book and Reading Culture Day 2025.
