* On the morning of February 14th, the delegation participating in the Program for Exchange of Exemplary Models in Studying and Following the Ideology, Morality, and Style of Ho Chi Minh in the Central and Central Highlands regions in 2025 visited the Kim Lien National Special Historical Site (Nghe An) to hold a ceremony of offering incense and flowers.Commemorating President Ho Chi Minh.
