(Baonghean.vn) -On January 24, 2014, the Nghe An Customs Department organized a gift-giving event for the Hien Luong Welfare Center in Tho Thanh commune, Yen Thanh district.
Currently, the Hien Luong Welfare Center cares for 30 disabled and orphaned children, with 6 teachers providing care and education. Mr. Ta Duy Sau, the center's director, experienced a turbulent childhood with similar difficult circumstances to the children here. Growing up, empathizing with those in similar situations, he established the center to provide care and a better life for these children, a life he himself had experienced.
