The Lao Football Federation (LFF) has offered two very cheap ticket prices to watch the match. Accordingly, stands A and C cost 50,000 kip (nearly 70,000 VND) and stands B and D cost 30,000 kip (about 40,000 VND).

The ticket booth at the Lao National Stadium is located right outside Highway 13 so that spectators can stop by to buy tickets. A small kiosk is set up right at the gate. For two consecutive days, there were still quite a few stacks of tickets for the match, mainly bought by Vietnamese people to cheer for the Vietnamese team.

An LFF official said that the Lao National Stadium will be mostly reserved for Vietnamese fans. "We reserve stand B for Vietnamese fans in this match. However, they can still buy other seats because Vietnamese fans may come to the stadium in large numbers," he said.

The new Laos National Stadium was built to serve the 25th SEA Games in 2009. Due to little use, the stadium has deteriorated a lot.

LFF said that after the AFF Cup 2022 ends, the Laos National Stadium will be closed for complete renovation. Therefore, they will not renovate major items such as seats, stands, roofs, and steel frames. Laos will only take good care of the grass and install additional lighting.
