Enforce and relocate assets located within the traffic safety corridor on National Highway 48E
(Baonghean.vn) - The enforcement is due to the deadline assigned by the District People's Committee being exceeded, but Mr. Thanh's family has not yet dismantled and moved assets in the traffic safety corridor to implement the expansion of National Highway 48E on schedule.
On the morning of October 11, Nghi Loc District People's Committee organized the enforcement and relocation of assets located within the traffic safety corridor on National Highway 48E for Mr. Nguyen Van Thanh's household (Benh Vien hamlet, Nghi Truong commune).
The project connecting National Highway 1A to Cua Lo town, Quan Hanh - Cho Son section, Nghi Loc district (abbreviated as National Highway 48E project) affects 400 households. Currently, there is only one household stuck due to a property dispute on the land.
The dispute related to land plot No. 16, map sheet No. 01 (Ben Vien hamlet, Nghi Truong commune) is currently being resolved by the People's Court of Nghe An province.
Although Nghi Loc District People's Committee issued Decision No. 1338QD-UBND on supporting assets on land to implement the project and Notice No. 474 TB.UBND requesting Mr. Thanh's family to dismantle and move assets, Mr. Thanh's family still did not cooperate.
