Compulsory inventory enforcement for land acquisition and clearance of Tho Loc Industrial Park project
Dien Chau District People's Committee recently organized a compulsory inventory to clear the land for the Tho Loc Industrial Park infrastructure investment and business project.

The district's compulsory census enforcement committee organized meetings, propagandized, mobilized, and dialogued with individuals.
However, individuals still do not comply with the Land Reclamation Decision of Dien Chau District People's Committee and do not coordinate with the district's functional agencies to clear the site.
After passing the decisions, on November 11, the Working Group enforced the inventory of land and assets, including trees and crops, currently on the land for individuals within the clearance area. The process of organizing the compulsory inventory was carried out in accordance with the procedures prescribed by law, with the participation and witness of local authorities, ensuring the rights, obligations and legitimate interests of citizens.


After completing the inventory, the People's Committee of Dien Chau district will continue to complete the documents and send them to the families. If the families continue to refuse, steps will be taken to force the land clearance in the near future.
