Mandatory inventory and surveying for land clearance for the Tho Loc Industrial Park project.
The People's Committee of Dien Chau district recently carried out a mandatory land survey and inventory to clear the land for the Tho Loc industrial park infrastructure construction and business investment project.
The Thọ Lộc Industrial Park infrastructure construction and business investment project (phase 1) is undertaken byVSIP Nghe An Co., Ltd.As the investor, the project covers an area of 500 hectares. Currently, there are still 8 households in hamlets 6 and 7 of Dien Tho commune, with an area of over 19.1 hectares, who have not yet agreed to land clearance due to reasons such as disagreements over compensation area and crop support.

The district's enforcement committee for mandatory inventory counting organized meetings, disseminated information, and engaged in dialogue with individuals.
However, the individuals still did not comply with the land reclamation decision of the Dien Chau District People's Committee, and did not cooperate with the district's functional agencies to clear the land.
Following the approval of the decisions, on November 11th, the Task Force carried out the forced inventory of land and assets, including trees and crops, existing on the land belonging to individuals within the land clearance area. The mandatory inventory process was conducted in accordance with legal procedures, with the participation and witnessing of local authorities, ensuring the legitimate rights, obligations, and interests of citizens.

After completing the inventory, the People's Committee of Dien Chau District will continue to finalize the documents and send them to the families. If the families still do not accept the decision, further steps will be taken, leading to forced land clearance in the near future.
