Rape of 13 year old girl in coffee garden

Going to a friend's house to play but only seeing a 13-year-old girl at home, Diep dragged her into the bedroom and committed a depraved act. After that, he continued to invite her to the coffee garden behind to have sex.

On April 12, the People's Court of Dak Lak province opened the first instance trial of defendant Nguyen Ngoc Diep (27 years old, residing in Tan Hoa commune, Buon Don district) for the crime of Child rape.

According to the indictment, Diep has a criminal record. In 2005, Diep was administratively punished by the People's Committee of Buon Don district and sent to a reform school for theft of property.

After completing his sentence, Diep returned to his hometown and lived in village 2, Tan Hoa commune, Buon Don district. He became acquainted with Hoang Van Thang and often visited Thang's house.

On the morning of August 29, 2015, Diep went to Thang's house and saw H (13 years old, Thang's stepmother's granddaughter) home alone, so he had a dark idea.

Diep pulled H. into the bedroom and had sexual intercourse. At noon, Diep continued to invite H. to the coffee garden to play and commit depraved acts.

Not stopping there, on the evening of August 30, 2015, taking advantage of everyone's absence, Diep continued to drag H. into the bedroom to have sex again. On September 8, 2015, H. told her family about the incident and reported it to the authorities. Diep was arrested by the police shortly after.

At the end of the trial, the Court sentenced Diep to 16 years in prison.
