Veteran Chu Dinh Hoa (70 years old) in Hoang Tan hamlet, Khanh Hop commune, Nghi Loc district (Nghe An) fought in the southern battlefield. The "heart-felt" flute was crafted for people with disabilities, and it took Mr. Hoa 15 years to complete.
