Mr. Phan Van Vinh then fainted and fell to the floor of Phu Tho Provincial General Hospital.

Mr. Vinh hit his head on the back of a hospital chair, causing a swelling in his forehead. The night police immediately helped Mr. Vinh onto a hospital bed, where a doctor came to examine him.As a result, Mr. Vinh's health was not too unusual.
On November 12, Mr. Phan Van Vinh and 91 other defendants will appear in court at the People's Court of Phu Tho province. The first instance trial is expected to last 20 days.
Mr. Phan Van Vinh was tried for “Abusing position and power while performing official duties”. This is a crime with a maximum penalty of up to 10 years in prison./.
