Former Head of Political Security Department of Hoa Binh Police was arrested

Regarding the case of Abusing position and power while performing official duties to investigate violations at the 2018 National High School Examination Council of the locality, from August 2018 to now, the Ministry of Public Security's Security Investigation Agency has prosecuted and detained 17 people who are officials and teachers. Authorities determined that 64 candidates had their national high school exam scores increased in 2017 and 2018. When the cheating was discovered, three police schools returned 28 Hoa Binh students to their hometowns.
