Da Nang: Conclusion of the case of former secretary Mr. Xuan Anh borrowing house from Vu "aluminum"

According to the Party Inspection Committee of the Da Nang City Party Committee Office, Mr. Ho Anh's borrowing of Vu "nhom"'s house in the past did not violate the things that party members are not allowed to do.

On August 5, the Inspection Committee of the Party Committee of the Office of the Da Nang City Party Committee announced an inspection when there were signs of violations against Mr. Ho Anh - Deputy Head of the General Department of the Da Nang City Party Committee through information that Mr. Anh used the house of Mr. Phan Van Anh Vu (aka Vu "nhom") at 51 Nguyen Thai Hoc Street, Hai Chau District, Da Nang.

Through inspection, based on Regulation No. 55-QD/TW dated December 19, 2016 of the Politburo "on a number of things that need to be done immediately to strengthen the role of setting examples for cadres and party members" and the Regulation on things that party members are not allowed to do, the Inspection Committee of the Party Committee of the Office of the Da Nang City Party Committee unanimously concluded that Mr. Ho Anh's borrowing of the house at 51 Nguyen Thai Hoc Street (Hai Chau District, Da Nang) from Mr. Phan Van Anh Vu for use during the period from 2012 to August 2015 did not violate the law; the management and use of the house was not subject to asset declaration according to Circular No. 08/2013 of the Government Inspectorate and did not violate the things that party members are not allowed to do.

Since February 2018, the Office of the Da Nang City Party Committee has asked Mr. Ho Anh to explain the authorization to use Vu "nhom"'s house at the above address.
