One missing fisherman has been found at sea.
(Baonghean.vn) - On the morning of December 24th, Mr. Ho Hoang Nghiep, Chairman of the People's Committee of Tien Thuy commune, Quynh Luu district, said that while people were out fishing for shrimp, they discovered the body of a fisherman who had gone missing at sea earlier.

Accordingly, around late afternoon on December 23rd, some residents of Tien Thuy commune used small boats to go out to sea to catch shrimp. While fishing, they discovered a body entangled in the shrimp trap. Immediately afterwards, some fishermen reported the incident to the local authorities and retrieved the body onto their boat before bringing it ashore.
After the victim was brought ashore, his family came to identify and confirm that the body found was that of Nguyen Van Hien (born in 1993), residing in Son Hai hamlet, Tien Thuy commune, who went missing at sea while fishing for shrimp. The other fisherman is still missing.
This morning, December 24th, the sunken ship was also salvaged and brought ashore.
Local authorities and several boats are currently actively searching for the remaining body.
Earlier, at 3 PM on December 20th, two brothers, Nguyen Van Hien (born in 1993) and Nguyen Van Hoi (born in 1995), residing in Son Hai village, Tien Thuy commune, used their boat NA 3705 (20 HP) to fish for shrimp in the open sea. They lost contact in the early morning of December 21st. After receiving the information, the Quynh Thuan Border Guard Station coordinated with local authorities to conduct a search.
