According to information from the Forward Command Post, today, along with searching for victims in Sub-region 67, Military Region 4 and the leaders of Thua Thien Hue province directed the province's rescue and relief forces to coordinate with the investor of Rao Trang Hydropower Plant to approach and transport necessities to Rao Trang 3, Rao Trang 4 and Alin B2 Hydropower Plants.

At the scene, the landslide area from the top of the mountain to the trail was about 7.5 hectares with a large amount of soil and rock 2 to 3 meters thick, burying the entire residential area of the ranger force at station 67.
The forces had to use 7 excavators working at full speed to clear away large rocks and soil to reach the house location.
