(Baonghean.vn) - Beef jerky, Chinese sausage, fermented leaf wine, and can wine are specialties of the ethnic groups in Western Nghe An, favored by people in the lowlands and consumed heavily during the Lunar New Year. In December, villages are busy day and night preparing specialties to supply the Tet market.

Tien Dong Can wine has been recognized as meeting 3-star OCOP standards, and the consumption market has also been expanded.
