Delegate Nguyen Thi Lan informed voters about the socio-economic development situation in the first 6 months of the year, tasks for the last 6 months of 2018 of the province and the expected agenda of the upcoming Provincial People's Council meeting.

At the meeting, there were 12 opinions and recommendations from voters, focusing on the following contents: requesting the District People's Committee to handle the pollution problem at the landfill and relocate 10 households in the polluted area; continue to invest funds to complete the construction of the flood-crossing road and Highway 15B, helping people travel conveniently; continue to invest to complete the Vung Tron dam project; adjust the criteria for poor households to suit the reality...

Voters of Hong Son commune also reflected that the issuance and exchange of land use right certificates is still taking a long time, causing difficulties for the people. At the same time, they requested the District People's Committee and communes to do a good job of planning playgrounds for children.

Delegate Ngoc Kim Nam received and answered the issues of concern to local voters. Mr. Nam said that currently, the People's Committee of Do Luong district is planning to relocate households and calling for investment in building a modern waste processing plant. In addition, the routes mentioned by voters are being proposed to superiors to resolve funding sources to complete construction.

Other opinions beyond the authority are recorded by delegates and transferred to competent authorities for consideration and resolution.

At the conference, voters focused on recommendations on the slow resolution of policies and regimes for frontline laborers participating in the resistance war against France and the US, the war to protect the Fatherland and performing international duties; policies and regimes for social protection beneficiaries; and resolving the problem of "fake wounded and sick soldiers" causing budget losses.

In addition, many voters reported errors in measuring agricultural land areas to issue and renew land use right certificates for people due to lack of coordination between consulting units and village and hamlet officials; proposed allocating support allowances for deputy party cell secretaries...
