After hearing the Provincial People's Council representatives announce the planned agenda for the 2023 year-end session, a summary report on the socio-economic, national defense, and security situation in 2023, and tasks for 2024, voters from 16 communes submitted 60 opinions with more than 120 issues related to matters concerning village and hamlet officials, enforcement of judgments, land, the North-South expressway project, etc.

In particular, many opinions raised concerns about shortcomings in the issuance of land use right certificates, such as: issuing certificates for duplicate plots, the need for re-issuance of certificates to citizens, and the high costs people incur for land-related procedures. In addition, issues such as combating corruption, excessive fees in schools, and policies for those who have contributed to the revolution were also raised by voters at the meeting.

Local authorities need to compile a list of projects affected by the North-South expressway project to propose to the project management board for land restoration after construction. Local authorities need to leverage internal resources and social mobilization to continue investing in the construction of cultural centers. They also clarified the regulations of the Land Law regarding cases with requests so that people understand and supplement their dossiers promptly.
