On the sidelines of the opening session of the 5th Session of the 14th National Assembly, many National Assembly deputies expect that, with the spirit of innovation in discussion, questioning, and law-making, the National Assembly will continue to have many practical solutions to satisfactorily resolve issues that voters are concerned about.
In particular, innovation in questioning and answering activities enhances dialogue and debate in the activities of the National Assembly.
The 5th session of the 14th National Assembly opened on the morning of May 21. |
Delegate Nguyen Ba Son said: “There will be many opinions on the results achieved in the country's socio-economic development in the first 6 months of the year, but it is not perfect, behind it there are still things that the public and voters are concerned about. Da Nang voters are very upset about some errors in land management that the Government Inspectorate concluded. People hope that in this National Assembly session, the Government and ministries and branches will create favorable conditions to support and help Da Nang remove difficulties, obstacles, and problems arising in the process of handling violations, creating more favorable conditions for people and businesses in investment and production development”.
At this session, one of the new points is to improve the quality of the question and answer session with the format of 1 minute question and 3 minute answer.
According to delegate Ha Sy Dong (Quang Tri delegation), the innovative method of asking questions quickly and answering concisely is expected by delegates and voters to increase the number of questions sent to Ministers and heads of sectors and go straight to the point to answer the core issues that voters are interested in.
