Members of the National Assembly meet with voters in Do Luong and Anh Son districts.
(Baonghean)As part of the preparatory work program for the 2nd session of the 13th National Assembly, today, October 6th, National Assembly representative Ms. Vi Thi Huong, Deputy Director of Tay Nam Nghe An General Hospital, held a meeting with voters in Thai Son commune, Do Luong district and Tuong Son commune, Anh Son district.
At the meeting with constituents, Ms. Vi Thi Huong reported on the activities of the Nghe An National Assembly delegation before and after the session; and the contents and work program of the 2nd session of the 13th National Assembly.
Following this, voters in various localities expressed their opinions and made suggestions and recommendations to the National Assembly on several issues, such as: the need to promptly address policies and benefits for soldiers who participated in the resistance war and victims of Agent Orange; allowances for specialized officials at the commune level; loan support for farmers, especially poor households; attention to vocational training and job creation for rural youth; issues related to the management and planning of agricultural land; the handover of rural electricity grids to improve the quality of household electricity; policies on investment in new rural construction and investment in rural road construction…
After listening to the opinions, Ms. Vi Thi Huong explained some issues of concern to the voters, and at the same time, received and compiled the feedback from voters to present to the National Assembly in the next session.
