Members of Parliament meet with voters in Nghia Dan district.
Voters in Nghia Dan district have petitioned authorities at all levels to pay attention to and find solutions to address crimes such as fraud and property theft; hybrid cultural products and reactionary information; and the sale of substandard goods online on social media.
On the afternoon of October 3rd, the National Assembly delegation held a meeting with voters in Nghia Khanh commune (Nghia Dan district) in preparation for the 8th session of the 15th National Assembly.

Attending the meeting with voters were National Assembly deputies: Tran Duc Thuan - Standing Member of the National Assembly's Committee on National Defense and Security; and Vi Van Son - Member of the Provincial Party Committee, Head of the Provincial Ethnic Affairs Committee.
Also in attendance were representatives from the Departments of Agriculture and Rural Development; Transport; Labor - Invalids and Social Affairs; and Natural Resources and Environment, along with leaders of the District People's Council, People's Committee, and Fatherland Front Committee of Nghia Dan District.

After hearing the provincial National Assembly representatives inform local voters about the expected content and program of the 8th Session of the 15th National Assembly; and the results of the provincial National Assembly delegation's activities since the 7th Session of the 15th National Assembly, voters in Nghia Dan district submitted many suggestions to the National Assembly representatives and relevant departments and agencies.

Mr. Dao Huy Tien, a voter from Dong Dai hamlet, Nghia Khanh commune, reported that the Tan Khanh pumping station, built in 2013 by the Ban Mong Hydropower Project and managed and operated by Tan Ky Irrigation Company, primarily serves to irrigate over 200 hectares of agricultural land in Nghia Khanh commune (Nghia Dan district). Since 2019, due to sand and gravel mining on the Hieu River altering the river's flow, the station has lacked sufficient water for operation, resulting in a lack of water for agricultural production. The voter requested that relevant authorities address this issue to ensure stable agricultural production for the people.

Regarding power grid infrastructure, voter Dao Huy Tien also reflected that the Nghia Khanh power grid infrastructure, built in 1996, has suffered damage and instability over time, with many poles not being replaced, posing numerous safety risks, especially during the rainy and stormy season. Mr. Tien requested that the power sector promptly develop a plan to repair and replace the deteriorated power poles, ensuring power grid safety and serving the people's daily lives and production activities.

Voters in Nghia Dan district have reported that fraud and property theft; hybrid cultural products and subversive information; spam; and the sale of substandard goods online, despite efforts to prevent them, continue to occur in a complex manner. Voters request that relevant authorities pay attention and implement measures to prevent and address these issues.
Issues related to policies for people with meritorious service; support for building new rural areas; transportation infrastructure; social insurance; determining land origin and issuing/exchanging land use right certificates;... were also raised by voters at the conference.

Based on the opinions and feedback of voters, leaders of departments, agencies, and Nghia Dan district have directly responded to and explained a number of issues within their jurisdiction.

On behalf of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation, Mr. Vi Van Son answered questions within his authority. He also received feedback and suggestions from voters to forward to the Government, the National Assembly, and relevant agencies for consideration and resolution.
