National Assembly delegates meet voters in Que Phong and Quy Chau
(Baonghean) -In preparation for the 2nd session of the 13th National Assembly, on October 5, the 13th National Assembly deputies elected at constituency No. 2 of Nghe An province, including Nguyen Sy Hoi - Member of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee, Commander of the Provincial Military Command; Nguyen Thi Hai - Teacher of Ky Tan Primary School, Tan Ky district, had a meeting with voters of Tien Phong commune, Que Phong district and voters of Chau Hoi, Chau Binh, Chau Nga communes, Quy Chau district.
At the contact points, voters made recommendations and proposals to National Assembly deputies on issues such as: Policies for the elderly; regimes and policies for soldiers participating in the resistance war, victims of Agent Orange; compensation for site clearance and relocation of people in the resettlement area of Hua Na Hydropower Plant and Ban Mong irrigation dam; management and planning of forest land and agricultural land use; quality of electricity for daily life; investment in building schools and rural roads; job creation for students after graduation, youth in remote areas; support policies for loans, plant varieties and livestock in agricultural production, investment policies for building new rural areas, etc.
After listening to voters' opinions, National Assembly deputies explained voters' proposals and recommendations, and requested local authorities to promptly find solutions to resolve voters' concerns within their scope of resolution, and promised to summarize and report at the upcoming 2nd session of the 13th National Assembly.
