Voters petitioned with many thoughts and wishes
Next, in the spirit of democracy and responsibility, voters expressed and sent many thoughts and aspirations to National Assembly deputies and relevant levels.
Voter Tran Van Manh (Phuc Tho hamlet, Phuc Thanh commune) requested the Government to issue health insurance cards to people who worship martyrs, because currently, the majority of them have difficult economic conditions, and at the same time, research a support policy for children of martyrs who are past working age.

Also interested in health insurance, voter Nguyen Khac Ninh (Vu Ky hamlet, Dong Thanh commune) reflected on the inadequacy of the policy of buying health insurance cards for farming households with average living standards, which are supported with 50% of the health insurance card level. Currently, working-age people at home, such as fathers and mothers, are eligible, but school-age children who buy health insurance cards at school are not eligible.
Some opinions recommend that competent authorities study and have policies to support health insurance for veterans who enlisted after April 30, 1975 to December 31, 1989; at the same time, have policies to support health insurance and voluntary social insurance for those who work part-time in the hamlet.

Regarding the education sector, some voters suggested that all levels study and issue regulations on the tuition fees at the beginning of the school year, as a basis for schools to collect, avoiding causing difficulties for educational institutions; at the same time, study and improve textbooks suitable for each level of education and reduce the general education program, enhancing comprehensive education for students.

Voters are also interested in the arrangement and use of facilities when implementing administrative unit arrangement; policies for non-professional workers in villages and hamlets; handling shortcomings, ensuring traffic safety on some routes, especially National Highway 48E; paying attention to waste treatment to ensure the rural environment, especially waste from packaging and bottles of plant protection drugs...
Based on the opinions of voters, the leaders of the Department of Home Affairs and Yen Thanh district directly received and explained issues under their authority. Regarding the responsibility of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation, delegate Thai Thi An Chung - Member of the Provincial Party Committee, Deputy Head of the National Assembly Delegation of Nghe An province also discussed and clarified many issues of concern to voters.

Affirming that the arrangement and streamlining of the apparatus, including the arrangement of administrative units at district and commune levels, is difficult; however, the Deputy Head of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation said: This is a task that the Central Committee has identified as a revolution, with the determination to implement in order to streamline the apparatus, ensure more effective and efficient operations; at the same time, reduce budget expenditures for the apparatus, allocate investment resources for development, and meet the requirements of the nation's development; therefore, he hopes that voters will share, agree, and sacrifice personal interests and benefits for the common development of the country.

The Deputy Head of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation also specifically explained voters' opinions and proposals related to health insurance, textbooks, and the treatment of household and hazardous waste. Voters' opinions should stipulate that November 18 every year - the day of great national unity - is a day off...
In addition to receiving issues under the authority of the Central and the province to synthesize and recommend solutions to all levels; the Deputy Head of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation recommends that sectors and localities need to study and direct the timely resolution of voters' recommendations according to their authority.
On this occasion, the Provincial National Assembly Delegation presented housing construction support to Mr. Pham Van Minh's family, Phuc Giang hamlet, Phuc Thanh commune.
