Next, in the spirit of democracy and responsibility, voters expressed and sent many thoughts and aspirations to National Assembly deputies and relevant levels.
Voter Tran Van Manh (Phuc Tho hamlet, Phuc Thanh commune) requested the Government to issue health insurance cards to people who worship martyrs, because currently, the majority of them have difficult economic conditions, and at the same time, research a support policy for children of martyrs who are past working age.

Also concerned about health insurance, voter Nguyen Khac Ninh (Vu Ky hamlet, Dong Thanh commune) reflected on the inadequacies in the policy of buying health insurance cards for farming households with average living standards, which are supported with 50% of the health insurance card level. Currently, working-age people at home, such as fathers and mothers, are entitled to the benefit, but school-age children who participate in buying health insurance cards at school are not entitled to the benefit.
Some opinions recommended that competent authorities study and have policies to support health insurance for veterans who enlisted after April 30, 1975, to December 31, 1989; at the same time, have policies to support health insurance and voluntary social insurance for those who work part-time in the hamlet.

Regarding the education sector, some voters suggested that all levels research and issue regulations on the tuition fees at the beginning of the school year, as a basis for schools to collect, avoiding causing difficulties for educational institutions; at the same time, research and improve textbooks suitable for each level of education and reduce the general education program, enhancing comprehensive education for students.

Voters are also interested in the arrangement and use of facilities when implementing administrative unit reorganization; policies for non-professional workers in villages and hamlets; handling shortcomings, ensuring traffic safety on some routes, especially National Highway 48E; paying attention to waste treatment to ensure the rural environment, especially waste from packaging and bottles of plant protection drugs...

Affirming that streamlining the apparatus, including the arrangement of administrative units at district and commune levels, is difficult; however, the Deputy Head of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation said: This is a task that the Central Committee has identified as a revolution, with the determination to streamline the apparatus, ensuring more effective and efficient operations; at the same time, reducing budget expenditures for the apparatus, allocating investment resources for development, meeting the nation's requirements for growth; therefore, hoping that voters will share, agree, and sacrifice personal interests and benefits for the common development of the country.
