In Cau Giat town, on behalf of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation, Comrade Pham Van Ha announced some of the results of the 5th session of the National Assembly, highlighting several important issues such as evaluating the results and targets of socio-economic development and the 2013 budget plan; passing 9 laws and 8 resolutions; providing feedback on amending and supplementing the 1992 Constitution and the reasons for not passing some draft laws; resolving 1,487 opinions and recommendations from voters; the results of questioning and answering questions; the process and results of the confidence vote for some positions elected or approved by the National Assembly...

Speaking and making recommendations to National Assembly representatives, constituents expressed concerns about the fact that while administrative reform and streamlining are being promoted, the bureaucracy is becoming increasingly bloated; the results of the fight against corruption are not high and not substantial; the policy of cutting public investment has greatly affected the upgrading and expansion of some infrastructure projects and economic development in the area; some policies supporting fishermen to stay at sea, such as support for building new boats and fuel subsidies, are still insufficient and do not meet the needs of the people; the demarcation of urban planning is unclear; and there are still obstacles and inadequacies in resolving preferential treatment for military personnel participating in border protection in the North and South.
In their petitions to the National Assembly, some voters argued that dividing the vote of confidence in the National Assembly, and among voters in general, into three levels is inappropriate and does not reflect the aspirations and assessments of the electorate.
