National Assembly delegates meet voters and attend Great Solidarity Day in Que Phong district

(Baonghean.vn) - On November 18, comrades: Dang Xuan Phuong - Vice Chairman of the National Assembly's Committee on Culture and Education; Vo Thi Minh Sinh - Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Nghe An province attended the National Great Unity Day, commemorating the 92nd anniversary of the Vietnam Fatherland Front's tradition day (November 18, 1930 - November 18, 2022), associated with meeting voters after the 4th session of the 15th National Assembly at Cha Lau village, Nam Giai commune, Que Phong district.

Also attending, on the side of Que Phong district were comrades: Truong Minh Cuong - Member of the Provincial Party Committee, Secretary of the District Party Committee; Sam Van Duyet - Permanent Deputy Secretary of the District Party Committee; Bui Van Hien - Vice Chairman of the District People's Committee.

Cha Lau Village, Nam Giai Commune has a total of 53 households and 234 people. In 2022, the Cha Lau Village Front Committee coordinated to organize 3 propaganda campaigns, mobilizing people to help each other develop the economy, escape poverty sustainably, and strive to become rich legally. Many good economic models have become typical examples for people to follow. The locality has put animal breeds and crops into production, bringing high economic efficiency.

Up to now, Cha Lau village has achieved 7/13 NTM criteria. People have contributed 800m2land, 500 working days, 75 million VND for new rural construction. Organize propaganda and mobilize people to actively implement regulations on civilized lifestyle in weddings and funerals integrated into people's meetings; each household is responsible for building a happy family, contributing to building a healthy and safe residential area. During the year, 100% of school-age children went to school, no students dropped out of school. During the year, 41 households were recognized as cultural families, including 2 typical cultural households and 11 sports households.

Along with that, in recent years, the village has promoted the role of mediation teams, effectively resolving conflicts and disagreements among the people, creating a harmonious atmosphere in the residential area. The Front Working Committee has coordinated with the Village Management Board and the border guard station under Hanh Dich Border Guard Station to propagate the protection of border markers and border security; mobilized people to stay away from social evils, there are no drug addicts in the village, and village security is maintained.

Sharing the joy with the cadres and people of Cha Lau village, comrade Vo Thi Minh Sinh - Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Chairwoman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Nghe An province informed about the results of the 4th session of the 15th National Assembly. Specifically, the National Assembly voted to pass 6 laws, 13 resolutions and gave first opinions on 7 draft laws and resolutions on many other important contents.

He also reported on the working contents of theNational Assemblyon law-making, crime and law violation prevention, corruption prevention, detection and handling, citizen reception and complaint and denunciation settlement... as well as activities and contributions of the National Assembly Delegation of Nghe An province at this session.

Expressing her joy and excitement at the results achieved by the cadres and people in the village, comrade Vo Thi Minh Sinh hoped that in the coming time, the cadres and people of Cha Lau village would continue to build grassroots democracy, promote the spirit of solidarity, mutual love, and neighborly relationships to strive together to overcome all difficulties, actively participate in economic and social movements, and continuously improve life in all aspects.
