On the afternoon of October 7th, the National Assembly delegates elected in constituency No. 3, including Mr. Pham Phu Binh - a full-time National Assembly delegate at the National Assembly's Committee on National Defense, Security and Foreign Affairs; Ms. Thai Thi An Chung - a member of the Provincial Party Committee, Deputy Head of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation; and Ms. Hoang Thi Thu Hien - a member of the Provincial Party Committee, Vice Chairman of the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee, and President of the Provincial Women's Union, held a meeting with voters in Dong Thanh commune before the 10th session of the 15th National Assembly.

Accordingly, the 10th session of the 15th National Assembly will open on October 20th and is expected to close on December 12th, 2025. This session will be held continuously in one phase to complete the session's agenda early.

Quan tâm chế độ, chính sách cho đội ngũ cán bộ, công chức
Phản ánh tâm tư, nguyện vọng với đại biểu Quốc hội, cử tri xã Đông Thành thống nhất cao với chủ trương lớn về đổi mới tổ chức bộ máy hành chính, tinh giản biên chế và sắp xếp lại đơn vị hành chính để phù hợp thực tiễn phát triển, giảm gánh nặng ngân sách, và nâng cao hiệu quả quản lý của đất nước ta hiện nay. Một số chủ trương mang lại lợi ích cho nhân dân như: Miễn giảm học phí cho học sinh từ cấp mầm non đến THPT.
Bên cạnh đó, cử tri xã Đông Thành kiến nghị với các đại biểu nhiều nội dung liên quan đến các vấn đề quản lý đất đai, công tác quản lý xây dựng các công trình dân dụng trên địa bàn, việc cấp nước sạch cho người dân... Cử tri đề nghị các cấp có thẩm quyền cần sớm có chỉ đạo để các đơn vị giải quyết tình trạng trên.
Cử tri Nguyễn Đăng Khoa - người dân xã Đông Thành phản ánh: Cán bộ thôn, xóm là người gần dân, sát dân nhất, khi nhập xóm diện tích tăng, dân số đông, công việc của đội ngũ này nhiều hơn, áp lực hơn. Cử tri mong muốn Nhà nước quan tâm tăng chế độ hỗ trợ cho các đối tượng này. Cùng đó Nhà nước cần quan tâm có các chính sách hỗ trợ những người tham gia chiến trường bảo vệ Tổ quốc nhưng chưa được hưởng chế độ, chính sách nào; đồng thời, tăng chế độ hỗ trợ thờ cúng liệt sĩ.
Liên quan đến chế độ, chính sách cho cán bộ, công chức cấp xã, cử tri Lê Thị Thủy phản ánh sau sáp nhập xã thực hiện vận hành chính quyền 2 cấp, cán bộ xã công việc nhiều, áp lực tăng, nhưng chế độ, chính sách chưa thỏa đáng. Đề nghị Nhà nước cần quan tâm cải cách chế độ tiền lương, tăng thu nhập cho cán bộ, công chức yên tâm công tác. Đồng thời tăng cường tập huấn, bồi dưỡng nâng cao trình độ nghiệp vụ cho cán bộ, công chức cấp xã để đáp ứng yêu cầu nhiệm vụ trong tình hình mới.

All levels and sectors need to study policies for restructuring agricultural production, crop diversification, attracting investors into agriculture, increasing production value, and boosting farmers' income.
Voters in Dong Thanh commune expressed their desire for the State and provincial-level ministries and departments to pay attention to economic development policies: high prices of goods and fertilizers, low prices of agricultural products, and a lack of stable markets for their products.
Authorities at all levels need to take measures to address the pig farm in Dong Thanh commune that is discharging waste into the environment, polluting water and air, and affecting the lives of local residents.
Voters raised concerns about the Clean Water Plant Project in the former Do Thanh commune, which was launched 12 years ago but still lacks clean water for daily use.
Some voters suggested that relevant authorities and departments should soon issue guidelines to communes on organizing mass organizations assigned tasks by the Party and the State, so that these organizations can begin operating as soon as possible.
