If he accepts to return to the screen, Ly Hung will not care about the salary issue. He said: "I am not young anymore, and I have never thought of accepting a film for money. I only accept projects that I like, especially when appearing in a star that the audience still loves and is impressed by."

In the past, Ly Hung received a high salary because of the appeal of the film. In addition, the value of money back then was higher than it is now. Nowadays, cinema is more difficult, many films released in theaters do not recover their investment, even making heavy losses. He admits that his salary is not the same as before.
