Through research, it is known that when hearing that Mr. Lan (owner of a construction company) intended to build a 5-storey wooden house, many friends encouraged him to do it in Da Nang City, Hai Phong to increase the value of the wooden house. Although he already had land in these big cities, on the one hand because of his love for his homeland, on the other hand because of his old age (over 70 years old), he decided to return to his hometown to enjoy the countryside and reunite with his children and grandchildren.

Mr. Lan added: Although the public was buzzing about this and that, before that, all the procedures for building a 5-storey wooden house had been carried out by him in accordance with the process, and the authorities, friends and colleagues all supported him. Because according to him, building a wooden house is not to show off a lot of wealth or money, but to contribute to beautifying his family and hometown and above all, it is his passion for playing with precious wooden houses./.
