(Baonghean.vn) -On the morning of July 22, Vinh City Party Committee organized23rd Congress of Delegates, term 2015 - 2020.Before the preparatory session, the Congress delegation led by comrade Vo Viet Thanh - Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Secretary of Vinh City Party Committee, offered flowers to report achievements at the Uncle Ho Statue in Ho Chi Minh Square.
Next, the delegates laid flowers at the statue of comrade Le Mao - the first Secretary of the Vinh City Party Committee at the Vinh City Convention Center - where the Congress took place.
The Congress elected the Presidium, the Secretariat, and the Delegate Qualification Examination Board; approved the congress regulations and agenda; checked the number of delegates attending the Congress and distributed delegates, divided into groups, and held meetings with delegation heads.
