Party Congress of the Provincial Party Committee's Organizing Committee for the 2020 - 2025 term

The Provincial Party Committee's Organizing Committee has 32 party members, operating in 4 party cells associated with 4 specialized departments. In the 2015 - 2020 term, with the efforts of all cadres and party members and the attention and leadership of superiors, the Provincial Party Committee's Organizing Committee has achieved many achievements in all fields; internal solidarity, unity, leadership to excellently complete political tasks, the Party Committee has continuously achieved clean and strong status, including 3 years of achieving the title of exemplary clean and strong Party Committee. The Party Committee together with the collective leadership of the Committee has performed well the functions of advising, leading, directing the work of organization, cadres, party members and protecting internal politics, contributing to participating in economic - cultural and social development, maintaining national defense and security; important contributions to Party building work as well as completing the targets of the Resolution of the Provincial Party Congress of the Provincial Agencies Bloc and the Resolution of the Provincial Party Congress for the 2015 - 2020 term.

In the 2020 - 2025 term, the Party Committee of the Provincial Party Committee's Organization Board will continue to improve the leadership capacity and fighting strength of the Party Committee; innovate leadership methods, promote democracy, solidarity and unity, build a contingent of cadres and Party members with strong political will, responsibility, honesty and objectivity in performing tasks, promote initiative and creativity, improve the quality and efficiency of staff work, have a sense of organization and discipline, meet the increasingly high requirements in the new situation; build the Party Committee, agencies and Trade Union of the Provincial Party Committee's Organization Board to be strong in politics, ideology and organization; promote traditions, maintain the title of a typical clean and strong Party Committee.

The Party Executive Committee of the Provincial Party Committee's Organizing Committee for the 2020 - 2025 term was introduced to the congress.

Strive for 100% of subordinate Party cells to be recognized as having fulfilled their tasks well, of which 1 Party cell is recognized as having fulfilled its tasks excellently; The Party Committee is recognized as having fulfilled its tasks excellently; 100% or more Party members are classified as having fulfilled their tasks well or better, of which 20% of Party members have fulfilled their tasks excellently; Strive for 100% of professional departments to achieve the title of "Advanced Labor Collective" or higher every year; 100% of cadres and civil servants to achieve the title of Advanced Laborer or higher every year, of which 15% achieve the title of Emulation Fighter at the grassroots level; Strive to have 2-3 cadres and civil servants achieve the title of Emulation Fighter at the provincial level during the term; Gradually build a team of cadres that meets the requirements of working in an international environment according to Resolution VII of the Central Committee (term XII).

At the congress, delegates discussed and contributed opinions to the draft documents submitted to the 13th National Party Congress; documents of the 20th Provincial Party Congress of the Provincial Agencies Bloc, term 2020 - 2025.

The Congress elected 7 comrades to the Party Executive Committee of the Provincial Party Committee's Organization Board for the 3rd term, 2020 - 2025. At the first meeting of the Party Executive Committee of the Provincial Party Committee's Organization Board for the 2020 - 2025 term, comrade Ho Le Ngoc - Member of the Provincial Party Executive Committee, Deputy Head of the Board was elected as Party Secretary for the 2020 - 2025 term. The Congress also elected 2 official delegates and 1 alternate delegate to attend the 20th Provincial Party Congress of the Provincial Agencies Bloc, term 2020 - 2025.
