Party Congress of Nghe An Rubber Investment and Development Joint Stock Company
(Baonghean.vn) - On May 21, the Party Committee of Nghe An Rubber Investment and Development Joint Stock Company held the Congress for the 2020-2025 term.
Attending the congress were comrade Phan Thi Hoan - Permanent Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Business Bloc Party Committee;Pham Trung Thai - Chairman of the Board of Directors; Tran Ngoc Thang - Party Secretary, General Director of the Company and party members from affiliated party cells.

Ensuring employment and income for workers
During the past term, the Party Committee has led and directed the Company to effectively implement grassroots democracy regulations, manage and use the workforce appropriately, and ensure transparent policies for employees.
The unit has done a good job in Party building. The political and ideological awareness of cadres, party members and workers has been significantly improved; they clearly understand their roles and responsibilities, and believe in the Party's innovation policy.

As a member of the Vietnam Rubber Industry Group, the mission of Nghe An Rubber Investment and Development Joint Stock Company is to plant, exploit, process and consume rubber products. During the past term, the Company's operations took place under many difficult conditions: The selling price of rubber latex continuously fluctuated and decreased while the prices of materials and consumer goods were high, greatly affecting the income, life and psychology of workers; the Company's management area was large, scattered and divided, located in 3 districts: Anh Son, Thanh Chuong and Que Phong.
Under the leadership and direction of the Company's Party Committee, the unit has achieved many important steps forward. The rubber plantation has always been highly appreciated by the Group, being one of the companies that develops quickly and has well-maintained plantations. The area of plantations that have extended the time of basic construction and stopped investment accounts for only 0.91%.

As of December 31, 2019, the Company still had 250 employees. The Party Committee and the Company's leaders always pay attention to the employment and life of employees. 100% of cadres, party members and employees have stable income, are covered by insurance and have full policies and regimes according to the provisions of the Labor Law. The Company always fulfills its obligations to the state budget; actively participates in social activities.

Continue to apply scientific and technological advances in production
In the coming term, the Company's Party Committee determines to continue to do a good job of ideological work so that workers can feel secure in production; innovate leadership methods, improve the Party's capacity and fighting strength, promote the exemplary pioneering role of cadres and Party members, and lead the implementation of production and business tasks with high efficiency, increase income for workers, build a clean and strong Party Committee, and strong mass organizations. 100% of workers have jobs, income and other indicators are higher year after year.

Speaking at the Congress, Mr. Pham Trung Thai - Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Company suggested: The new Party Executive Committee must be united, highly unanimous, and identify the most important task as overcoming both objective and subjective difficulties to operate effectively, continue to maintain and develop the orchard in accordance with the approved orientation. Grasp the aspirations and wishes, do a good job of ideological work so that employees can feel secure in sticking with the Company in the future.

Acknowledging the achievements of the past term, comrade Phan Thi Hoan - Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Business Bloc Party Committee stated: The Company's operating results have significantly contributed to the implementation of agricultural targets of Nghe An province, forming a concentrated commodity production area, actively contributing to the construction of the New Rural Area as well as changing the appearance and life of people in the project area.
A particularly noteworthy result is that despite many difficulties, the Party Committee has led the Company to always ensure good jobs, regular income and other benefits for workers.

He also suggested that the congress continue to discuss, find out the causes of limitations, and propose solutions to overcome difficulties in the coming term. When the general economic situation faces many difficulties, the epidemic directly affects businesses, units need to coordinate, closely follow the operational plan of the Vietnam Rubber Industry Group, the Board of Directors of the Company as well as Nghe An province to develop plans, targets and propose flexible solutions for production and business management. Units need to have measures to respond to climate change, apply scientific and technological advances to production and exploitation, increase business efficiency and workers' income. Better promote the role of Party organizations in businesses, build a clean and strong Party organization.
The Congress elected the Party Executive Committee for the 2020 - 2025 term, consisting of 7 comrades, and elected a delegation to attend the 6th Provincial Business Bloc Party Congress.
