Congress of Dien Phu Commune Party Committee (Dien Chau) for the term 2020 - 2025
(Baonghean.vn) - On May 19 and 20, the Party Committee of Dien Phu commune, Dien Chau district held the 21st Congress of Delegates for the 2020-2025 term. Attending and directing the Congress was comrade Tang Van Luyen - Deputy Secretary of the District Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Committee of Dien Chau district.

Dien Phu Party Committee has 378 members, operating in 16 Party cells. In the 2015 - 2020 term, the Party Committee promoted the spirit of solidarity and leadership to successfully complete the targets set by the 20th Party Congress of the commune.
The economic structure shifted in the right direction with an average growth rate of 8.5% over the past 5 years, meeting the set plan; Total production value in 2020 is estimated at 302 billion VND, an increase of more than 103 billion compared to 2015, meeting the Resolution target; Average income per capita reached 32.2 million VND/person/year, an increase of 11.4 million VND compared to the beginning of the term, the poverty rate decreased to 1.16%, exceeding the set plan.
The commune has mobilized nearly 47 billion VND for new rural construction, striving to reach the finish line in 2020. In recent years, the rural appearance of Dien Phu commune has changed a lot with synchronous, spacious and solid infrastructure investment. The economic structure has shifted rapidly towards increasing the proportion of small-scale industrial production, trade and services. Dien Phu Party Committee sets out 20 targets in all areas for the 2020 - 2025 term: Striving for an average economic growth rate of 8.5 - 9%, the economic structure of agriculture, forestry and fishery accounts for 40%, industry, construction and services account for 60%. Average income per capita reaches 50-55 million VND/year, the poverty rate decreases to 0.5 - 1%. The commune Party Committee, government, Fatherland Front and mass organizations complete their tasks well or better.
