Highlights

The 2017-2022 term is a special term when the whole industry has to face many difficulties and challenges. In particular, the security and order situation in the country and in the province has many potential complex factors, the Covid-19 pandemic has seriously affected all aspects of socio-economic life and the work of ensuring security and order.

This is the term that the Ministry of Public Security,Provincial Policeimplementing many important policies and tasks such as: Building an organizational apparatus in the direction of "strong province, comprehensive district, grassroots commune"; attacking, suppressing, and strictly handling reactionary and opposing organizations and individuals, as well as cleaning up, pacifying, and reducing crime in the grassroots; implementing major projects on national population database and citizen identification card issuance... thereby creating a new breakthrough in ensuring security, order, and building the People's Public Security force.

In that context, under the direction and guidance of the Youth Union of the Ministry of Public Security, the Standing Committee of the Provincial Youth Union, under the direct and comprehensive guidance of the Party Committee and the leadership of the Provincial Police, the Youth Union members and youth of the Provincial Police have been proactive, taking the lead, ready to receive and excellently complete all assigned tasks.

Adhering to the Resolution of the 13th Congress of the Provincial Police Youth Union for the 2017-2022 term has created a premise for the provincial police youth to achieve many outstanding feats and achievements, contributing to the overall achievements of the Provincial Police, contributing to ensuring good security and order in the area, building the Nghe An Police force to be increasingly clean and strong in all aspects.

With dozens of political activities, the campaign has created a great influence, such as: "Young people of Nghe An Police learn and practice the Six Teachings of Uncle Ho", "Young people of Nghe An Police are proud to move forward under the Party's flag"; the campaign "Young people of Nghe An Police compete to do one good deed every day, serving the people"... has fostered ideals, contributing to building a team of union members with strong political will and courage.

Immediately after the policy of the Ministry of Public Security, the Party Committee and the leaders of the Provincial Police, nearly 300 union members and young people volunteered to go to the grassroots, to the difficult communes, the remote mountainous areas of Western Nghe An, contributing to the Provincial Police to soon complete the goal of building a regular communal police force.

The Youth Union members have closely followed the grassroots to vigorously implement the National Population Database Project and Citizen Identification Card issuance. At the same time, they have done a good job of advising and proposing many measures and solutions to improve efficiency, creating breakthroughs in all aspects of work of the entire Nghe An Police force.

The "Youth Volunteer" and "Creative Youth" movements also made breakthroughs, with nearly 300 projects, tasks, and 500 on-site volunteer teams...

Thanks to the efforts and striving of the Youth Union organizations and Youth Union members of the Provincial Police Department in the past time, most of the targets set at the beginning of the term have been achieved and exceeded. The Provincial Police Department Youth Union was awarded a Certificate of Merit by the Prime Minister for its excellent completion of the tasks assigned by the Party, State, Industry, Party Committees and Government. The Union is also the unit that has been awarded the flag "Excellent emulation unit in Youth Union work and youth movement" by the Central Youth Union for many consecutive years; and the flag "Excellent unit in Youth Union work and youth movement at district level, term 2017 - 2022" by the Provincial Youth Union.

Worthyis the vanguard, brave

Speaking at the Congress, Director of Nghe An Provincial Police Pham The Tung affirmed that the leaders of the Provincial Police always put their full trust and expectations in the youth union force. Hopefully, in the coming term, the Provincial Police Youth Union will continue to promote the achievements and results, making the union work and youth movement increasingly stronger, worthy of its role and position. Thereby contributing significantly to the overall achievements of the Nghe An Police force, worthy of the title of young police in the heroic Soviet homeland, the homeland of beloved Uncle Ho.

The 2022-2027 term is expected to have many fluctuations as the world, regional, domestic and provincial situations are complicated and unpredictable.

With the slogan "Nghe An Police Youth are brave, pioneering, united, creative, developing, for national security, for people's happiness", the Provincial Police Youth Union is determined to carry out 13 key targets and 4 groups of tasks and solutions in the new term.

Among them, the following goals stand out: "Building a generation of Nghe An Police youth to develop comprehensively; absolutely loyal to the Party, the Fatherland and the people; having a strong political stance, ethics, and a healthy lifestyle; having a will to be self-reliant, having ambitions and aspirations to rise up; having a sense of organization, discipline, solidarity, and friendliness to help comrades and teammates; having good health; having high qualifications and fighting spirit, and a spirit of serving the people; having knowledge and integration skills; being dynamic and creative in applying science and technology, meeting the increasingly high requirements of Police work in the period of promoting industrialization, modernization and international integration".
