The 12th Congress of Nghe An Provincial Police Women, term 2011 - 2016

(Baonghean) -On the morning of October 7, Nghe An Provincial Police Women's Union held the 12th Congress of Delegates for the 2011-2016 term.

During the past term, under the direct and comprehensive leadership of the Party Committee and the Provincial Police Department; the guidance and direction of the Nghe An Women's Union, the Women's Working Committee of the Ministry of Public Security; the attention and facilitation of the Party Committees and commanders of units, Nghe An Police women have made new and steady progress; always closely following political tasks, actively and proactively innovating the content and forms of activities, so the women's movement has increasingly developed and has a great influence. Cadres and members have united to overcome all difficulties and excellently completed assigned tasks.

The Provincial Police Women's Working Group has proactively and promptly advised the Party Committee and leaders of the Provincial Police to effectively direct the implementation of resolutions, directives and policies of superiors on female cadre work in the period of industrialization and modernization of the country; directed the effective implementation of the movement "Women of the People's Public Security Forces study and follow the moral example of Ho Chi Minh; creative discipline for national security; building happy families"; "Women of the People's Public Security Forces study and follow the 6 teachings of Uncle Ho" and other movements launched by the Women's Union at higher levels, especially activities of gratitude, volunteering, charity, and twinning; organized many practical activities, creating a vibrant competitive atmosphere, attracting a large number of women to participate.

In addition, grassroots women's associations at all levels have regularly innovated the content and methods of operation to suit the characteristics and nature of each unit's work, so the movement has become increasingly in-depth and effective, and has been highly appreciated by Party committees and commanders at all levels. Many individuals and groups have been awarded certificates of merit at all levels.

The Congress also proposed directions and solutions to carry out the tasks of the Association in the coming term and elected a delegation to attend the 14th Provincial Women's Congress.
