The 12th Congress of Women's Police Officers of Nghe An Province, term 2011-2016

(Baonghean)On the morning of October 7th, the Women's Association of the Nghe An Provincial Police Department held its 12th Congress of Delegates for the 2011-2016 term.

Over the past term, under the direct and comprehensive leadership of the Provincial Party Committee and the Provincial Police leadership; the guidance and direction of the Nghe An Women's Union and the Women's Affairs Committee of the Ministry of Public Security; and the attention and support of the Party committees and commanders of the units, the women of the Nghe An Police have made new and solid progress; always adhering to political tasks, actively and proactively innovating the content and form of activities, so the women's movement has increasingly developed and spread widely. Cadres and members have united and strived to overcome all difficulties, successfully completing the assigned tasks.

The Women's Affairs Committee of the Provincial Public Security Department has proactively and promptly advised the Party Committee and the leadership of the Provincial Public Security Department to effectively implement resolutions, directives, and policies of higher authorities on the work of female officers in the period of industrialization and modernization of the country; directed the effective implementation of the movement "Women in the Public Security Force studying and following the moral example of Ho Chi Minh; discipline and creativity for national security; building happy families"; "Public Security Forces studying and implementing the 6 teachings of Uncle Ho" and other movements launched by the higher-level Women's Union, especially activities of compassion, volunteerism, charity, and fraternal relations; organized many practical activities, creating a vibrant and engaging atmosphere of emulation that attracted a large number of women to participate.

Furthermore, women's associations at the grassroots level have consistently innovated the content and methods of their activities to suit the characteristics and nature of the work of each unit, so the movement has become increasingly in-depth and effective, receiving recognition and high praise from Party committees and commanders at all levels. Many individuals and groups have received commendations and certificates of merit from various levels.

The Congress also set forth directions and solutions for implementing the Association's tasks in the next term and elected delegates to attend the 14th Provincial Women's Congress.
