(Baonghean.vn) - Following media reports, the unauthorized dismantling and demolition of traffic safety barriers by residents in Quynh Luu and Dien Chau districts has been strictly handled by the Nghe An Provincial People's Committee and relevant agencies, restoring the areas where the structures were removed to their original state. However, as of today (April 6, 2015), the dismantling of median barriers on National Highway 1A is recurring.

This morning (April 6th), while touring National Highway 1A through the districts of Quynh Luu and Dien Chau, we witnessed repeated instances of serious violations and damage to transportation infrastructure in Dien Hong commune, Dien Chau district, and Quynh Giang commune, Quynh Luu district.
