Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Lao PDR to Vietnam offers incense to commemorate President Ho Chi Minh
On the morning of July 5, during a visit and working session in Nghe An, comrade Khamphao Ernthavanh - Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Lao PDR to Vietnam and his delegation offered flowers and incense to commemorate President Ho Chi Minh at the Kim Lien Special National Relic Site.
Joining the delegation, on the side of Nghe An province, was comrade Tran Khanh Thuc - Director of the Department of Foreign Affairs.

At the Kim Lien Special National Relic Site, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Lao PDR to Vietnam Khamphao Ernthavanh offered flowers and incense to commemorate President Ho Chi Minh.
Ambassador Khamphao Ernthavanh expressed his deep respect for President Ho Chi Minh - Vietnamese national liberation hero, world cultural celebrity, outstanding activist of the international communist and workers' movement.

President Ho Chi Minh devoted and sacrificed his whole life to the cause of national liberation, class liberation, and the struggle for peace and happiness of the Vietnamese people and people of the world.

The great friendship, special solidarity and comprehensive cooperation between Vietnam and Laos developed from the traditional relationship founded by President Ho Chi Minh, Prince Souphanouvong, President Kaysone Phomvihane and revolutionary leaders of the two countries, and has been painstakingly cultivated by generations of leaders, revolutionary soldiers and people of the two countries, becoming a loyal, pure, special, exemplary and rare relationship, a priceless asset of the people of the two countries.

President Ho Chi Minh affirmed: "Vietnam - Laos, our two countries; The love is deeper than the Red River and Mekong River". In particular, since the two countries carried out the renovation process with many difficulties and challenges, but with the fine tradition of the special relationship and under the leadership of the Communist Party of Vietnam and the Lao People's Revolutionary Party, the relationship between the two countries has been increasingly strengthened, expanded and achieved many great victories.
