On the morning of September 7, Mr. Kunio Umeda - Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Japan to Vietnam and his delegation came to offer incense and flowers to commemorate President Ho Chi Minh at Kim Lien Relic Site and Phan Boi Chau Memorial Site in Nam Dan.
Also attending were comrades: Le Ngoc Hoa - Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; Nguyen Hai Duong - Deputy Director of the Department of Foreign Affairs; Pham Tien Dung - Deputy Director of the Department of Culture - Sports.

The delegation expressed their admiration and respect for the spirit of President Ho Chi Minh - the great leader of the Vietnamese people and close friend of the Japanese people.
He devoted his whole life to the revolutionary cause of the Vietnamese people, fought tirelessly for peace and progress in the world, and was honored by the world as a national liberation hero.
Next, the delegation visited President Ho Chi Minh's hometown and heard about the place where the Vietnamese national liberation hero was born and spent his childhood.

Also this morning, the Japanese Embassy delegation offered incense and flowers at the memorial site of patriotic scholar Phan Boi Chau - the initiator of the Dong Du movement, marking the Vietnam - Japan friendship in the fields of culture and education./.
