General Ngo Xuan Lich visits and inspects Division 324

(Baonghean.vn) - On the morning of February 27, a working delegation from the Ministry of National Defense led by General Ngo Xuan Lich - Politburo member, Deputy Secretary of the Central Military Commission, Minister of National Defense visited and inspected the 324th Infantry Division.

Inspecting the residence and workplace of officers and soldiers of Infantry Regiment 1, Division 324, the Minister of National Defense commended the unit's efforts in ensuring the soldiers' lives. The leadership and command closely monitored all aspects of the unit's activities, closely followed the soldiers, did a good job of political education, and provided practical training.

The report of Division 324 shows that in 2016, the Division strictly followed the resolutions, directives and orders of the Ministry of National Defense and the Military Region 4 Command. The Division thoroughly grasped and actively, synchronously and comprehensively implemented in depth on 4 aspects of work, achieving good results, with many tasks being excellently completed. The officers and soldiers of the Division have a strong political stance, are confident in their work, and have determined their tasks; the agencies and units maintain stability and develop well. The level of combat readiness of the Division is constantly improved, capable of completing tasks well in all situations.

In the past time, Division 324 has thoroughly grasped and seriously implemented the resolutions and directives of the superiors on performing combat readiness and training tasks; invested in upgrading 132 training grounds; organized training for the subjects seriously and strictly; through inspection, 100% of the subjects achieved good and excellent results. Organized combat shooting and exercises at all levels from squad to battalion level with good results. Well done in education work, thoroughly grasped the resolutions and directives at all levels; paid special attention to the quality of political education, tasks, and traditional law education.

The results of the 2016 party member evaluation show that 82.9% of party members have completed their tasks well. The Division has actively participated in the movement "The Army joins hands to build new rural areas", helping 9 communes to implement 5/19 criteria for building new rural areas; well implementing the policy and military rear work. All aspects of logistics, technical work, organization of sports and competitions at all levels have achieved high results.

Working at Division 324, the Minister of National Defense requested that the unit should do better in grasping and managing ideology; especially focus on task education, ensuring that in any circumstances, it is always ready to receive and complete assigned tasks. In training, promote the exemplary role of cadres at all levels, in accordance with the motto set out in Resolution 765, thoroughly overcome weaknesses and weak points. Focus on building and consolidating the cadre team, enhancing practical knowledge training for newly graduated cadres to meet the requirements of the task. The division also needs to focus all resources on taking care of the material and spiritual life of soldiers; closely following the locality, doing a good job in mass mobilization and foreign affairs...
