Stabbed friend to death, 11th grade male student arrested
Due to a conflict while joking around, an 11th grade male student stabbed his friend to death and then went to the police station to surrender.
The suspect is Tran Quoc Tai (18 years old, residing in Duong Dong town, Phu Quoc district). The victim in this case is Ngo Ngoc Hieu (19 years old, residing in Cua Duong commune, Phu Quoc) who is a classmate of Tai.

The incident happened on March 20, Tai and Hieu got into a fight after a soccer match. People tried to stop them, but on the way home, seeing Hieu driving ahead, Tai and his two friends Sang and Quy chased after him.
As soon as he passed Hieu, Tai jumped out to block the car and continued to fight with Hieu, along with Quy and Sang. During the fight, Tai took out a knife (brought for self-defense) and stabbed Hieu many times, causing him to die on the way to the emergency room.
After committing the crime, Tai brought the knife to the police station to surrender. On the afternoon of April 7, Kien Giang Provincial Police temporarily detained Tran Quoc Tai for murder.
