Ensuring traffic safety and urban order during Lunar New Year 2019
(Baonghean.vn) - On the morning of December 20, Vinh City Police organized a training course on traffic command and control for forces on duty to ensure traffic safety and urban order during the 2019 Lunar New Year.

Participating in the training course were comrades working in the Traffic Police, Public Order Police - Vinh City Police; civil defense force, militia, urban rules, and order management in Vinh city.
The training course takes place from December 20 to 21. The participants will be informed by the leaders of the Traffic Police Team, Vinh City Police, about some contents related to ensuring traffic safety and urban order such as: Coordination between forces with the Traffic Police when there are traffic jams and traffic accidents.
Instructions on some situations when traffic jams occur and how to resolve them in the city; Thoroughly grasp Circular No. 26/TT-BCA of the Ministry of Public Security regulating the command and control of road traffic by the Traffic Police. In addition, the students were also instructed by the Traffic Police to practice 09 traffic command and control movements and 06 horn signals.

This training course aims to improve the skills of guiding and commanding traffic for officers, soldiers and participating forces to meet the requirements of ensuring traffic safety and urban order in Vinh city during the Lunar New Year 2019.
On the occasion of Lunar New Year 2019, Vinh City Police continue to develop and deploy plans to ensure traffic order and safety, and urban order. Accordingly, Vinh City Police will mobilize maximum forces and means to set up checkpoints and traffic diversions in 85 teams on central roads and intersections in Vinh City, starting to implement the plan from January 16 to February 26, 2019.
