Determining that maintaining security and order must be done well in all conditions and circumstances, especially during the festival, helping visitors feel comfortable and secure has become a mandatory requirement and a task that must be completed. Nghia Dan District Police have promptly forecasted the situation and developed a specific plan to advise local authorities to prepare measures to ensure security and order.
Based on the experience of previous years and grasping the new features of this year's festival, Nghia Dan Police together with a number of related forces quickly and effectively deployed synchronously. The work of ensuring traffic safety and public order was deployed before the sunflower field opened to visitors, the time of the Sunflower Festival and the Western Spring Festival Night 2016.
Accordingly, the District Police Traffic Police force organized patrols along Ho Chi Minh Road, directing traffic, not allowing visitors' vehicles to stop or park on the road. Not allowing households to do business close to the roadside, affecting traffic safety corridors. At the same time, regulating and guiding visitors' vehicles to stop and park according to regulations.

Major Dang Xuan Kieu, Captain of the Traffic Police Team of Nghia Dan District Police, said: "We have advised the Provincial People's Committee to direct the Department of Transport and the Department of Road and Railway Traffic Police of the Provincial Police to develop a specific and detailed plan, and ask for opinions from the Road Management Department 2 to install traffic signs to separate and route heavy-duty vehicles to use other roads, not to go through this road section to avoid congestion and possible accidents, ensuring smooth and safe traffic."
According to the plan, the police force will coordinate with relevant forces to deploy a plan to prevent traffic jams on the route to visit, especially on Saturdays, Sundays, and festivals, when the number of visitors increases.
