Hitting a kumquat seller, 2 victims seriously injured

(Baonghean.vn) – The accident occurred at 8:00 p.m. on January 23, 2017, on National Highway 1A, through Block 3, Dien Chau town (Dien Chau district).

At that time, a man (identity unknown) driving a motorbike with license plate 37 F1 - 694.55 while traveling on National Highway 1A from South to North crashed into a person carrying kumquats on the road.

The strong collision caused both people to fall to the street and were seriously injured, and were taken to the emergency room by local people.

At the scene, two motorbikes were badly damaged. Authorities promptly arrived to resolve the incident.
