According to initial information, at the above time, the car with license plate 37N - 8141 driven by Mr. Pham Van Thanh (31 years old, residing in block 3, Nghi Huong ward, Cua Lo town, Nghe An) was running on National Highway 46 in the direction of Vinh - Cua Lo at high speed, suddenly lost control, crashed straight into the back of a truck with license plate 37C - 005.00 carrying a lot of glue running in front.

The crash was so strong that the front of the car was stuck into the acacia trees. After the crash, the acacia truck dragged the car more than 30 meters before stopping.

At the scene, the front of the car was stuck in the acacia trees at the rear of the truck, completely deformed. Mr. Thanh was trapped in the car and was rescued by rescuers and local people using an electric cutter, but Mr. Thanh had already died before that.

The truck had a flat right tire and minor damage to the rear of the vehicle. After the accident, the truck driver quickly left the scene.

Because the car was stuck to the back of the truck, it was difficult to remove the victim's body. It was not until 11:30 p.m. that day that the rescue team was able to remove Mr. Thanh's body from the car.

At 1:00 a.m. this morning (June 8), Nghi Loc District Traffic Police finished examining the scene and brought the two vehicles involved in the accident to headquarters to investigate the cause of the accident.
