Every time it rains, people traveling on National Highway 48C, Km 122 + 200, have difficulty crossing the river in the middle of the road. Although it is called a national highway, when it rains, this section turns into a river. The flooded section is more than 30m long, with the deepest part being half a meter. It is very difficult for motorbikes, bicycles, and cars to pass through here, and it is not uncommon for floodwaters to cause engine failure.
It is worth mentioning that after each heavy rain, it takes more than a day for the water to drain completely. Each time there are obstacles in the drain, the water level increases even more. Many people have stopped their vehicles to try to clear the drain, but it is just a drop in the ocean.
Mr. Nguyen Dinh Ba, residing in Mo Than village, Tam Quang commune, Tuong Duong district, was upset: "This is just this section of road, but for several years people have complained a lot but it still hasn't been repaired. When it rains, going through here is no different than groping in the stream."

Speaking to reporters, Mr. Tran Khac Truong - Head of Khe Bo Road Management Department said that the unit has sent many documents to superiors about the above phenomenon, but because there has not been an agreement on compensation for the above road section, the drainage system has not been built. "Heavy rain causes flooding, sometimes even motorbikes cannot go" - Mr. Truong said.
