Staging a traffic accident, seriously injuring the driver
Seeing his friend being assaulted, Ngo Minh Chien, 21 years old, staged a traffic accident, seriously injuring the driver in revenge.
On December 19, Phu Tho police said they had prosecuted Chien, Le Duc Thanh, 22 years old, and Ha Duc Dung, 20 years old, to investigate the crime.Intentional injury.In addition to this case, Dung is also being investigated for gambling by recording lottery numbers.

Chien told the police that he saw his friend being beaten after a traffic accident, so he invited Thanh and Dung to take revenge. To avoid being discovered, Chien planned to stage a traffic accident and then assault him.
At around 9:30 a.m. on November 29, Chien was riding a motorbike carrying another person and deliberately crashed into the back of Mr. Tuan's car as he was traveling from Thanh Ba district to Phu Tho town. When Mr. Tuan got out of the car to check, Chien and his accomplices wearing masks and hoods rushed forward and slashed him repeatedly with machetes. Mr. Tuan collapsed on the spot, suffering 60% injuries.

After committing the crime, Chien, Thanh and Dung fled the area. On the evening of December 13, the group was arrested by the Criminal Police Department of Phu Tho Province Police while hiding in Thuan An Industrial Park, Binh Duong Province.
