Amidst the torrential rains and floods, throughout Hung Loi, Hung Nhan, Hung Trung, Nam Cuong, Nghi My, Nghi Thuan, Nghi Van... all the people wore warm smiles, showing hospitality and trust towards the leaders at all levels and the rescue forces who, sooner or later, braved the floods to reach them; all the people cherished and were grateful for every relief item, from packets of instant noodles to bottles of filtered water...

When the floodwaters rose, the people were the first to voluntarily evacuate the elderly and children, raise their rice crops, and move their livestock and poultry to safe places. In each village and commune, the people themselves demonstrated a spirit of mutual support, sharing, and helping each other in times of hardship.

Despite hunger, cold, and losses, the people in the flooded areas of the province still wear warm smiles, show hospitality, and trust in leaders at all levels and rescue forces, who will sooner or later brave the floods to reach them.
